I'm a native of Tennessee where I attended Fisk University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art. While at Fisk I studied under such noted artists as Aaron Douglas, Martin Puryear, and David Driskell.
Later I attended Georgia State University where I received a Masters in Fine Art and was mentored by and later worked with Larry Walker.
